Refund and Returns Policy
All XLIISTOIC products are made on demand by Printful, Inc. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we maintain a limited return policy consistent with print-on-demand industry standards.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a verified defect or error caused by Printful or T28X LLC. We are unable to accept returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, or order errors made by the customer. Please review size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, you are entitled to a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery through t28x.com/contact. Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the defective item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
T28X LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact your local carrier directly. For packages lost in transit, contact us through t28x.com/contact and we will work with Printful to investigate.
International Orders
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. T28X LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us through t28x.com/contact. Once an order has entered production with Printful, cancellation is no longer possible.
